Ellington wins four honours at Dubai Property Awards 2018 for outstanding quality and design
Upcoming award success to underline superior-product delivery by homegrown Dubai-based boutique developer
Dubai, UAE; September 10, 2018: Ellington will be honoured at the Dubai Property Awards 2018, the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region, to be held in association with Salice and Dubai Land Department, at The Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah Hotel on October 11, 2018, in four categories.
Competing against the best property professionals, Ellington will be honoured for Best
Property Single Unit for its Emirates Hills Villa 181, and the Best Interior Design Show Home for its flagship Jumeirah Village Circle-based project, Belgravia Heights I.
Ellington also takes home laurels for Best Bathroom Design category for its Downtown project,
DT1, re-enforcing its credentials as a design-focused property developer that offers a high-quality lifestyle. The fourth accolade will be for the Best Office Interior category for Ellington’s corporate premises located in the popular Business Bay district of Dubai.

The judging panel was chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and The Viscount Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the United Kingdom Parliament and experts in a variety
of fields related to the property sector.
The Awards are in their 25th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. Regional Awards are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. These will be celebrated at gala presentation events in Bangkok, Dubai, London and Toronto during the course of the year.
