Dubai – May 2023: Ellington Properties has joined the endowment initiative for real estate developers, which was launched by the Awqaf and Minors’ Trust Foundation in Dubai “Awqaf Dubai”, in cooperation with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), one of the institutions of the Dubai Land Department, to support the sustainability of humanitarian work, serve the community and meet its needs.
Secretary-General of Dubai Endowment Ali Al Mutawa and His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, CEO of RERA, appreciated the efforts of the real estate developers participating in the initiative, including Ellington Properties for their support. They also confirmed the important role of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in spreading and enhancing knowledge of the endowment and its importance to society, indicating that the initiative is continuing to achieve its humanitarian goals and enhance integration between members of society and its institutions from the private sector.
For his part, Joseph Thomas, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Ellington Properties praised the real estate developers’ endowment initiative and its importance in spreading awareness of the real estate endowment, promoting benefit from it in various charitable aspects, building a culture of giving and strengthening the pillars of good among the various segments of society, embodying the principle of social responsibility and consolidating the values of social solidarity in the UAE society.
