Ellington Properties accelerates construction of Belgravia III with DUTCO

• Leading contracting company comes on board to drive the development of the residential community in Jumeirah Village Circle
• All approvals secured, resources mobilized and work on Belgravia III to commence in coming weeks

Ellington Properties, Dubai’s leading design-led property developer, has announced its focus on accelerating the development of Belgravia III, a trendy residential destination in Jumeirah Village Circle, through its partnership with DUTCO, the leading construction company.

Launched to strong investor response, the construction of Belgravia III will be spearheaded by DUTCO to achieve high standards of quality and delivery of a world-class design that Ellington Properties has envisaged for the project.

With all approvals secured already, resources have already been mobilised on-site and work will commence shortly to fast-track the project by leveraging DUTCO’s multi-disciplined group experience in undertaking prestigious projects such as The Dubai Mall, The Address Hotel Refurbishment, Al Seef and Boxpark, among others.

Belgravia III is the third residential project under the popular Belgravia brand of Ellington Properties. The company has already handed over Belgravia I and Belgravia II, which are now thriving neighbourhoods. Delivering a ‘community within a community’ concept, Belgravia III features two L-shaped buildings that face each other and overlook a central courtyard.

The courtyard by Ellington Properties is the largest-of-its-kind in the JVC community with several key features including a large infinity-edge swimming pool with shaded pergolas and ample lounge seating, kids’ playground, private seating areas, and elegant landscaping.

Belgravia III has 260 spacious studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and townhouses. Highlighting the focus of Ellington to celebrate the local artist community via the Ellington Art Foundation, the full building and lobby spaces of Belgravia III will have 2D and 3D art by UAE-based artists.

The homes have high ceilings in the living, dining and bedrooms lending a spacious feel. Thoughtfully crafted and fitted wardrobes and walk-in closets will add to the convenience of residents. The bathrooms are well planned, featuring elegant finishes and storage details as well as ample lighting. The kitchens are open plan and designed around functionality, social gathering and convenience.

Another added attraction is the Residents’ Club lounge with a pool table, dart board, books, games area and ample seating/entertainment area. There will also be a dedicated children’s playroom and a fitness centre with commercial quality equipment, yoga area and change rooms with a chromatherapy steam shower, baby change and ADA-compliant bathroom.
