Vamshi is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 10 years of experience in real estate investments, finance, and development. He began his career with American Express, where he quickly established himself as a competent and insightful professional. He then oversaw equity investments in real estate firms worldwide for an India-based hedge fund before joining DAMAC Properties in Dubai.

At DAMAC, Vamshi played a pivotal role in several high-profile financial endeavors. He was instrumental in orchestrating DAMAC’s primary listing on the London Stock Exchange, followed by its subsequent listing on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM). He also worked on DAMAC’s inaugural sukuk offering of $650 million, which was dual-listed on NASDAQ Dubai and the Irish Stock Exchange, as well as other financial transactions totaling more than $1 billion.

Currently, at Ellington Properties, Vamshi leads the Finance function, overseeing financial operations, corporate finance, audit, and reporting. His leadership ensures robust financial health and adherence to the highest standards of financial governance.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Vamshi holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Bangalore. His academic credentials and extensive practical experience make him a highly respected figure in the finance and real estate sectors.
