DOWNTOWN DUBAI’S DT1 LIVING EXPERIENCE

With dark tones that are very neutral and raw, evoking a sense of modern sophistication that is more human scale. As for the living spaces and interiors of the project, they feature a mix of concrete, Corten steel and wood. Technology is an integral part of DT1, which is why they include pop-up USB hubs that are easily located in every corner of the house. TERRACE AND BALCONIES DT1 has large balconies that provide spaces for people to have a cup of coffee, read a book, and breathe fresh air. Balconies have become important factors to consider when looking for a house. That’s because residents have seen the value of having fresh air every day, especially during the pandemic. Now, balconies are in demand, which is why DT1 includes a terrace that can be used for recreational activities.
