\nHe has built a versatile skill set in architecture, design management, and property development, successfully managing high-rise residential, serviced apartment, and hospitality projects. Excelling at overseeing multiple complex developments simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, he has also led multidisciplinary teams and collaborated with international consultants on large-scale masterplan communities, guiding projects from concept design through to delivery. His experience spans integrating residential, hospitality, wellness, and retail components within thoughtfully planned environments.\n

\nFive years ago, Lawrence joined Ellington Properties as Director of Development to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Through a strategic restructuring of the Development Department and the introduction of a clear development strategy, Ellington entered a new phase of growth\u2014streamlining processes, improving team coordination, and scaling its development pipeline.\n\nEllington\u2019s growth into one of the region\u2019s most respected developers has been a collective effort, with its development team serving as the primary catalyst.
